Introduction

Welcome to the TeachLD shop. The use of our website, web shop and purchasing of our products and services are governed by this document, including the associated policies, terms and conditions listed below ("Terms"). The TeachLD website, web shop, products and services are referred to collectively as the "Services". They are provided by Lynne Frost, trading as "Teach Leaning Diversity", addressed using "we", "us", or "our" as well as "TeachLD".

By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree to the Terms than you may not access or use our Services.

As a small, independent business, we do not provide any information to third parties and have disabled all non-functional cookies from the web store. Information that we do collect through the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, along with descriptions of how we collect, use and disclose this information. 

Provision of Services

We may update or withdraw any of the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable to you if any or all of the Services are unavailable at any point.

In order to access some of the Services, you may be asked for information or for details for example related to an order for products. It is a condition of your use of the Services that you provide correct, current and complete information in these forms. You agree that all of the information you do provide is governed by these Terms and you consent to us using your information in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide right to copy, reproduce, use, publish and display any review information that you submit via the Services (“Your Content”), for the improvement of our Services and for publicity. We are based in Winchester, United Kingdom. We make no claims that the Services are accessible or appropriate outside of the United Kingdom. Access to the Services may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Services from outside the United Kingdom, you understand that any data, including Personal Data that you transmit to us or we collect from you will be collected from and stored in either the United Kingdom or in our web hosting provider’s servers.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, and our licensors and suppliers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, Your Content and any use of our services and products, other than as expressly authorised in these Terms. This obligation will survive the termination or modification of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. 

Notice of Infringement Claims

If you believe that your work has been improperly copied and used in or by the Services, please provide us with your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, an electronic rendering of your signature, a description of your copyrighted work, a description of the location of your copyrighted work on the Services and a statement by you made under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Your Comments and Concerns

You may notify us of any objectionable content by emailing admin@teachld.com. We will make a good-faith effort to investigate all allegations of objectionable content that violates the Terms but we do not represent or warrant that we will take any action relating thereto.
