Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail second class delivery, or by their Tracked 48 service. We can also deliver locally in Winchester to SO22 and SO23 postcodes. If you need a faster service or are ordering in bulk, please contact us to discuss other options.
Currently we are only offering delivery to UK addresses; if you are interested in receiving an order from a different location, please contact us with your requested order quantity and delivery address, and we will get a quote to set up a delivery option for your location.
Returns
You have a number of statutory rights when buying products online, so if you would like to cancel your order or return the goods under these rights, please contact us. In addition, we offer a 30-day refund of the product costs if you wish to return your goods for any reason, as long as these are received by us in a resalable condition.
